About The Position

As a key support member of the Pilot Operations team, you will help plan, track, and execute our robotic go-to-market programs. Focusing on day-to-day project technical tasks, you will act as the essential bridge connecting our technical development (Engineering) with field execution (Operations). You will take ownership of foundational project tasks and assist senior team members in delivering cross-functional initiatives that improve our scale and efficiency. By organizing team communications and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation, you will help ensure that both technical and operational leaders share a reliable, unified view of product performance and readiness to scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a project coordination, operations, or technical support role (relevant internship experience is welcome).
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to bridge the gap between engineering development and day-to-day business operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a multiple internal and external stakeholder environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to a software, hardware, or fast-paced tech environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth handoffs between the Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Act as a daily communication bridge between technical (Engineering) and non-technical (Operations/Sales) teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and tasks keep moving forward.
  • Help spot potential roadblocks in technical deployments or operational rollouts, and flag them to senior managers to discuss solutions.
  • Support the alignment of project tasks by ensuring Engineering understands operational needs, and Operations understands technical constraints.
  • Schedule cross-functional syncs, take clear notes, and diligently track action items to completion.
  • Help translate complex engineering updates into simple, clear status reports for Operations leadership.
  • Assist in creating lightweight "how-to" guides, training materials, and cheat sheets to help the Operations team adopt new engineering features and workflows.
  • Support leadership by documenting current operational processes and helping identify where engineering automation can reduce manual admin work as the company scales.
  • Take the lead on technical tasks, seeing them through from start to finish.
