About The Position

Slide Insurance is seeking a Product Owner to play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers and business. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
• Experience in Homeowner’s P&C insurance industry
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
• Partner with development and business teams to drive Agile sprint planning and delivery
• Monitor product progress, deliver status updates, and lead sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful product releases
• Serve as a product subject matter expert and drive continuous product improvement
