Requirements

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Understanding of IT concepts
Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and manage needs to ensure optimal satisfaction
Leadership, strategic vision, and ability to act as a change agent
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage stress
Curiosity, autonomy, a solution-oriented approach, and recognized as a team player
Intermediate level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

Define the product vision by setting objectives aligned with user needs and strategic directions, and communicate it to teams and stakeholders
Manage the product backlog by creating, structuring, and prioritizing user stories, defects, and enhancements
Prioritize needs based on value, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate closely with the development team by clarifying requirements and participating in Agile ceremonies
Validate deliverables by ensuring acceptance criteria, user expectations, and quality standards are met
Act as the main liaison with stakeholders by gathering needs, managing expectations, and communicating progress
Support decision-making by leveraging data and user feedback
Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
