Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of IT concepts
  • Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and manage needs to ensure optimal satisfaction
  • Leadership, strategic vision, and ability to act as a change agent
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage stress
  • Curiosity, autonomy, a solution-oriented approach, and recognized as a team player
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision by setting objectives aligned with user needs and strategic directions, and communicate it to teams and stakeholders
  • Manage the product backlog by creating, structuring, and prioritizing user stories, defects, and enhancements
  • Prioritize needs based on value, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate closely with the development team by clarifying requirements and participating in Agile ceremonies
  • Validate deliverables by ensuring acceptance criteria, user expectations, and quality standards are met
  • Act as the main liaison with stakeholders by gathering needs, managing expectations, and communicating progress
  • Support decision-making by leveraging data and user feedback
  • Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
