About The Position

Software Mind is seeking a Product Owner to join a dedicated team of Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters. This team is building innovative document management software to advance clinical research. The role involves working on a trust-based, collaborative model with a client, focusing on development (.NET, C#, React), automation (Playwright), and DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform). The ideal candidate will have an agile mindset, enjoy working with development teams, and want to make an impact in healthcare while growing in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development projects
• Ability to turn business and regulatory needs into clear requirements
• Understanding of Agile delivery in IT environments
• Strong communication with technical and domain stakeholders
• Structured and analytical approach with focus on quality and compliance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IT systems for pharma or healthcare
• Basic knowledge of regulated environments (e.g. GxP)
• Experience with complex or enterprise-scale systems
• Awareness of security and data privacy requirements
• Experience working with international teams
