Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product management role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
Nice To Haves
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly written and prioritized
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Partner with development and UX teams throughout the agile sprint cycle
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review sessions
- Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide decisions
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely product delivery
