About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Product Owner - Tech Delivery for a hybrid position with a global financial institution. The role is based in Jersey City, New Jersey; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Plano, Texas, and requires three days onsite per week. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The Product Owner serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners within the Chief Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization. The role defines, prioritizes, and delivers technology solutions aligned with business objectives, emphasizing Agile delivery, end-to-end product-backlog ownership, and alignment of technology deliverables with enterprise priorities while ensuring compliance with change management and risk standards.

Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees. The pay range is $51.37 to $59.37 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise change management, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Availability to work onsite three days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SAFe.
• Certification in Agile or Product methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe PO/PM.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology domains, such as mainframe, cloud, or automation.
• Experience with portfolio-level planning tools, such as JIRA Align.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
