About The Position

As a Product Owner, you will drive the strategy, planning, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of the products within your portfolio. You will represent the voice of the customer, shape a clear product vision aligned to WebBeds’ goals, and act as the key decision maker on priorities. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to align users and outcomes at every stage of the product life cycle, turning customer needs into measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused product or business-analysis role, ideally within travel or B2B technology
  • Hands-on experience owning a product backlog and writing clear requirements and user stories
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge requests constructively
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong data analytic skills and a critical mindset for vetting and prioritising information
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Curiosity to continually learn Agile best practice and the latest enabling technology, including AI-driven tools

Responsibilities

  • Shape and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that supports WebBeds’ goals and delivers customer value.
  • Challenge stakeholder objectives to uncover higher-level goals, distinguish needs from wants, and establish clear business value.
  • Represent the voice of the customer with the delivery team, ensuring everyone understands what is needed and why.
  • Understand and maximise the value of the products delivered across their life cycle.
  • Inform product strategies and roadmaps with research insights, and drive prioritisation and execution before and after launch.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, converting customer feedback into requirements and fostering strong product adoption.
  • Participate in team ceremonies to track progress and ensure delivery meets business needs.
  • Define what success looks like in terms of clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Empower product teams to make informed decisions by sharing context from users, stakeholders, and supply partners.
  • Apply problem solving and critical thinking to continually learn agile best practices and adopt relevant enabling technology.
