About The Position

Vanguard is hiring a Product Owner for its Financial Wellbeing Product Family. The team develops digital experiences that help participants make financial decisions and connect saving, investing, retirement readiness, financial guidance, and emerging AI-powered experiences. The role works at the intersection of participant needs, business strategy, and digital innovation, shaping experiences that guide participants through important financial decisions. It combines enterprise influence with hands-on product leadership, including defining product vision and working with cross-functional teams to solve challenges, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
At least five years of related work experience.

Graduate degree.
Two years leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.

Responsibilities

Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant improvements to the client experience.
Coach digital product teams on best practices and lessons learned.
Ensure delivery of messaging, communications, and customer outreach as needed.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues promptly, and support or drive escalations to enable rapid delivery.
Lead planning, development, and implementation of new digital products.
Define and analyze markets; develop detailed product features and requirements, and implementation plans.
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
Participate in and provide recommendations for business planning and departmental prioritization.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
