About The Position
We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project SFDC Expansion Apptus H&PS. The client is a company that provides health care services and is a leading pharmacy innovation company.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required.
- Expert proficiency in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) are suggested.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management is recommended.
- Intermediate proficiency in Software Product Management, Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) are suggested.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.
- Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
- Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on product vision.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Create and present product roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
- Lead the team in iterative development cycles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
