About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Product Owner for a 12-month contract position with a Global Financial Institution in New York, NY. This role will focus on leading tenant adoption, onboarding, and release-readiness for a key AI platform. The Product Owner will manage the use case release pipeline, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and oversee tenant communications and enablement to drive platform adoption and track deployment progress.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs from planning through deployment
Experience delivering technology solutions and driving implementation, onboarding, and adoption activities
Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills, including the ability to drive resolution and escalation
Experience partnering with business, technology, and control stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives
Ability to assess business impact, coordinate stakeholders, and support successful rollout of new capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations, training materials, communications, and executive updates
Experience tracking adoption metrics, implementation progress, and key delivery milestones
Ability to prepare actionable management reporting and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, GenAI concepts, and AI-enabled business solutions

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting the delivery of Generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with AI-powered applications that leverage enterprise data, knowledge repositories, or intelligent search capabilities
Understanding of concepts related to prompt configuration, AI governance, responsible AI, and risk management
Exposure to AI controls, guardrails, or other mechanisms used to support safe and effective AI adoption
Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities such as workflow automation, AI assistants, and agent-based solutions
Experience supporting platform launches, onboarding, user enablement, or technology adoption initiatives
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple business, technology, and control stakeholders
General understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems and the operational considerations involved in bringing AI solutions into production

Responsibilities

Lead tenant adoption, onboarding, and release-readiness activities for the AI platform
Manage the use case release pipeline and coordinate cross-functional partners
Oversee tenant communications and enablement
Track adoption and deployment progress
Prepare executive-ready updates highlighting key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions
