Product Owner
About The Position
KAYGEN is seeking a Product Owner for a 6-month contract in New York City, NY. The role involves supporting a client's migration of Equity / Stock Plan Administration capabilities from the Solium platform to ISW. The ideal candidate will have experience in equity compensation financial reporting, including stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, PSUs, financial reporting and accounting for share-based compensation, ASC 718 / IFRS 2 reporting, compensation expense forecasting, valuation, and disclosure reporting, EPS dilution and financial reporting, and product ownership responsibilities such as requirements management, backlog management, and UAT. Experience with platforms like Solium/Shareworks, ETRADE Corporate Services, Fidelity Stock Plan Services, Morgan Stanley at Work, or Equity Edge is highly desirable.
