About The Position
This role supports the VisionLink Acceleration sub-workstream within WorkStream A, focused on supporting segment growth initiatives. The team is responsible for accelerating VisionLink mobile deliverables and ensuring product requirements and designs are completed on schedule to meet partner timelines. The team consists of approximately 8 members with 50% collaboration with local U.S. teams, 25% collaboration with teams in India, and 25% interaction with external customers in a highly collaborative Agile work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar Agile delivery role
- Internship experience may be considered
- Experience breaking down epics into user stories
- Understanding of information systems and Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex topics across shared responsibilities
- Self-driven and proactive mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AHA and Azure DevOps
- Exposure to mobile application product development
- Knowledge of highway equipment or heavy equipment industry
- Experience working with globally distributed teams

Responsibilities
- Translate epics into detailed and actionable user stories
- Gather, analyze, and document mobile application requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Support Agile delivery processes and backlog refinement activities
- Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to resolve issues
- Ensure product requirements align with business goals and delivery timelines
- Participate in planning sessions, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
