About The Position

This is a 12-month contract opening for a Product Owner in Broomfield, CO. The role operates in a hybrid model, currently requiring 3 days onsite, with a potential future transition to 5 days onsite. The Product Owner will be part of a highly collaborative Agile team of approximately 8 members, with significant collaboration across local US teams, teams in India, and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar Agile delivery role
• Internship experience may be considered
• Experience breaking down epics into user stories
• Understanding of information systems and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex topics across shared responsibilities
• Self-driven and proactive mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AHA and Azure DevOps
• Exposure to mobile application product development
• Knowledge of highway equipment or heavy equipment industry
• Experience working with globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Translate epics into detailed and actionable user stories
• Gather, analyze, and document mobile application requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Support Agile delivery processes and backlog refinement activities
• Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to resolve issues
• Ensure product requirements align with business goals and delivery timelines
• Participate in planning sessions, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
