About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Product Owner for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role involves joining an existing Agile team to provide guidance and leadership for ongoing, initiative-funded, and business-driven application changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, capable of translating business goals into actionable plans for the development team.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role
- Knowledge and experience in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and business acumen
- Experience working with product partners and application development teams
- Sound experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Proven ability to translate business plans into actionable plans

- Experience with Agile tools like Jenkins
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and leadership for an Agile team on ongoing initiatives
- Translate business plans and policies into specific goals, tactics, and requirements
- Lead an Agile team as needed
- Meet aggressive deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
- Maintain open communication channels and drive decisions across multiple teams and partners
- Think strategically and analytically to comprehend the big picture while maintaining focus on individual requirements
