About The Position

As a Product Owner at Mirego, your mission is to maximize the value of the digital product delivered to your clients. In your role as orchestrator, you coordinate the various areas of expertise within the team to ensure alignment, constant communication, and the achievement of objectives. You guide clients from various business domains and enable them to reinvent themselves through high-quality products, while fully understanding their reality, constraints, and budget.

Requirements

• You have experience in an agency or consulting services environment, including managing a multi-client/multi-project portfolio simultaneously.
• You are proficient in both English and French, spoken and written, in order to work with our clients.
• You have diverse expertise in digital product creation: product management, client relations, Scrum, budgeting, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, UX/UI design, and you know how to put this versatility to work for projects.
• You leverage available AI tools to optimize your work and that of your team.
• You know how to rally, collaborate, and communicate with varied areas of expertise, demonstrating vision, active listening, and initiative.
• You are a proactive and versatile person, capable of moving things forward even in ambiguity.
• You wish to build a long-term relationship with the team and develop your career within Mirego.
• You are available for regular travel to join the team at our Montreal or Quebec City offices, as well as at client sites.

Responsibilities

• You build a trusting relationship with your clients and collaborate closely with their internal teams.
• You maintain constant and transparent communication with your clients to understand their needs and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• You ensure the big-picture view and alignment with objectives and vision.
• You collaborate closely with the design team to discuss issues or opportunities, prepare clear and actionable design briefs (context, success criteria, constraints, deadlines), provide structured feedback, and validate UX/UI deliverables.
• You demonstrate your passion for the product by using it throughout its evolution and sharing your feedback with the team.
• You analyze and clarify issues (business, user, technical), identify root causes, and propose concrete solutions, evaluating impacts, risks, and trade-offs, to help the team and client make decisions quickly.
• You monitor the health and performance of your products while proposing optimizations or evolutions.
• You immerse yourself in your clients' business domain to connect business value to user impact, and never miss an opportunity to make product recommendations.
• You make informed decisions, from minor text adjustments to the removal of a feature, while respecting the project's framework.
