The Systems Development Manager will be responsible for managing a group of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and support personnel in the design, implementation, and system integration of complex systems solutions. This role involves evaluating the Agency's existing systems and needs to recommend solutions, ranging from prototype development to turn-key complex systems. The manager will lead a team in analyzing Agency needs and required functionality early in the development cycle, documenting requirements, and proceeding with design synthesis and system validation. Additionally, the role requires attending presentations or developing proposals as a technical expert, assigning project staff, monitoring deliverables, gathering feedback for product/service improvements, and providing expert guidance on integrating Company solutions into various Agency environments. The manager will also monitor technology trends and collaborate with the government team to clarify requirements, manage the product feature backlog, lead user story development, prioritize functionality, support roadmap development, and coordinate efforts across the program.
