Requirements
- 8+ years of experience (6+ years as Product Owner)
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Experience in roadmap planning and product strategy
- Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment

- Certifications in Product Owner / Agile / ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Scrum teams, stakeholders, and business leaders
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices
- Drive ServiceNow implementation (CSM, ITSM, CRM modules)
- Ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer value
