About The Position

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Product Owner Senior Advisor for the Plano, TX location to drive development and innovation of healthcare enterprise customer website portfolios to deliver best-in-class mobile and website experiences. This is an Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor position, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in any systems analysis role.
  • Experience with Healthcare domain including claims, coverage/benefits, prior authorizations, and ID cards.
  • Experience with Digital product ownership.
  • Experience with Systems Analysis.
  • Experience with HRA, FSA, and HSA accounts.
  • Experience with Digital product management.
  • Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience owning and grooming team backlog, including decomposition of epics into actionable items.
  • Experience with Web & Mobile application design.
  • Experience with UX principles related to user screens, wireframes, screen navigation, and sitemaps.
  • Experience applying UX principles and collaborating with design teams.
  • Experience with Technical Specification Development.
  • Experience integrating UX designs, analytics, and business requirements into cohesive specifications.
  • Experience working as a SAFe methodology Product Owner.
  • Experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
  • Experience working with teams to define business requirements.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience developing product road maps, user screens, wireframes, screen navigation, and sitemaps.
  • Experience with Data analysis.
  • Experience with web and mobile application feature design.
  • Experience working with User Experience (UX) design teams.

  • Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with digital leaders, product owners, content authors, designers, engineers, and scrum masters to ensure digital features related to claims, accounts (HRA/FSA/HSA), coverage/benefits, prior authorizations, and ID cards are identified, prioritized, documented, and successfully delivered.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
  • Articulate and translate business needs into technical specifications which stitch together User Experience (UX) designs, user analytics, and business requirements.
  • Work within scrum teams to define business requirements, set a clear direction through the development of product roadmaps, and provide subject matter expertise on consumer applications/websites and healthcare prior authorization/coverage by working with the delivery team, User Experience (UX) design teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead the design of web and mobile application features, including development of user screens, wireframes, screen navigation, and sitemaps.
  • Own the team backlog and groom and prioritize existing work, including the decomposition of program/portfolio epics.
  • Develop opportunity value for potential roadmap items.
  • Drive the use of new and emerging digital technologies/functionalities and introduce new and relevant ideas and capabilities on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time and error-free by delivery teams through implementation of typical Agile Methodologies/Scrum.
  • Perform checkout on the business functionality of applications and analyze issues, such as errors in data use or errors in application development, raised during implementation.
