Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management within Oracle Financials or similar platforms, preferably including Oracle Fusion, EPM, ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, and OIC.
  • Experience defining and managing product roadmaps for financial solutions.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including vendors, developers, business stakeholders, support teams, integration teams, and solution or system architects.
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience translating business requirements into BRDs and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as SQL.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and user story creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for financial systems initiatives.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of system improvements.
  • Evaluate quarterly releases and recommend features and enhancements for implementation.
  • Manage the product backlog and lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance accounting and financial processes.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with vendors and external experts to evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
