Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining clarity, structure, and follow-through.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance customer needs, business value, technical dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to understand team member skillsets and support effective work planning, task sequencing, and capacity discussions.
  • Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, workflow tracking, sprint planning, reporting, and delivery visibility.
  • Proficiency in Confluence or similar tools for documentation, knowledge sharing, requirements capture, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Client Success, and Business Development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs, customer requests, and technical discussions into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
  • Ability to communicate product scope, priorities, risks, tradeoffs, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, asking the right questions, and driving clarity across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe PO/PM is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Drives product execution in a fast-paced environment where customer, business, and technical priorities must be balanced simultaneously.
  • Serves as a key bridge between Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Client Success, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, priorities are well managed, and delivery stays aligned to customer commitments and product goals.
  • Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, translating customer needs, business objectives, and technical input into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
  • Balances short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy, while considering dependencies, team capacity, resource constraints, and each team member’s skillset when planning work.
  • Works closely with Project Managers to support execution timelines and customer-specific delivery plans.
  • Partners with Program Managers to ensure customer expectations, risks, and priorities are understood and converted into actionable product work.
  • Keeps leadership and stakeholders informed on scope, business value, risks, tradeoffs, and release readiness.
  • Supports customer-specific delivery needs while maintaining alignment with overall product strategy and roadmap direction.
