About The Position

As a Product Owner II, you play a critical role in shaping the future of our enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on Account Workbench and connected systems. You will take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business value, platform stability, and security while maintaining a steady pipeline of well-defined work for delivery teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex operational and technical needs into actionable user stories. You will lead backlog refinement, guide sprint planning, and provide real-time direction during execution—ensuring that delivered solutions meet clearly defined acceptance criteria. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships while driving clarity, prioritization, and decision-making. Your ability to balance competing priorities, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks will be essential to delivering high-quality outcomes. With a strong understanding of UI-driven workflows and account management systems, you will help enhance user experience by defining improvements to screen flows, field logic, and system interactions. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing production issues, incorporating user feedback, and refining processes to improve delivery predictability and platform performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related role
  • Experience owning and managing backlog and delivery for enterprise platforms
  • Experience working with Account Workbench or similar policy/account management systems
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of UI-driven workflows, including account setup, policy navigation, endorsements, and transactions
  • Experience evaluating user journeys, screen flows, and usability improvements
  • Familiarity with front-end behavior, field validations, and system interactions
  • Experience defining UI enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Understanding of data flow across systems such as billing, claims, and reporting
  • Experience supporting UI testing, UAT, workflow automation, and defect triage
