As a Product Owner II within PNC's Retail Lending Product organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Brecksville, OH, Kalamazoo, MI, Philadelphia, PA, or Wilmington, DE. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead delivery of our technology and process transformation strategy across the collections and recovery lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class experiences and improving our business process design and performance. A successful candidate will be able to: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities daily. Lead product strategy and vision, thinking holistically across the ecosystem, prioritizing with discipline, clearly articulating business value, and working effectively with diverse stakeholders Lead delivery through demonstrated experience working on enterprise platforms or shared capabilities, with an understanding of integrations, APIs, and cross team dependencies Quickly learn new technologies and processes while influencing stakeholders through clear and effective communication across both business and technology topics. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data, analytics and subject-matter expertise to proactively identify gaps and risks. Demonstrate skills in process mapping, customer journey mapping, and Agile methodology story writing Drive adoption of automation, digital self service, and analytics enabled decisioning to improve process effectiveness and customer experience Identify and implement strategies across the Product and Technology organization designed to improve product delivery effectiveness and efficiency Establish thoughtful risk and quality management capabilities across product development lifecycle to meet schedule, scope, and benefits realization Define success metrics and tracks performance improvements tied to new platforms and strategies (e.g., roll rates, cure rates, recovery economics, cost efficiencies) Integrate AI into product development lifecycles including story writing, test casing, and code reviews Familiar with product development tools like Tableau, JIRA, FigJam, Confluence, Figma PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the vision and the definition of the product.
  • Serves as the voice of the customer.
  • Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives.
  • Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog.
  • Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
  • Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
  • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s).
  • Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product.
  • Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.
