Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of product management experience
  • Proven experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery, ideally within HR Tech or a related enterprise function
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills — able to build trust and drive alignment across functions and levels
  • An ownership mindset, with a track record of taking full accountability for a portfolio of work
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
