Product Owner - Disability Claims

Majesco•United States,
•$110,000 - $155,000•Remote

About The Position

As a Product Owner – Disability Claims, you will turn complex disability claims needs into clear product priorities and technology solutions that improve how insurers manage claims and serve policyholders. You will bring hands-on knowledge of disability claims processes and work closely with Product Management, customers, business stakeholders, engineering, and quality teams to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and guide work from concept through delivery. Your understanding of disability claims will help you anticipate customer needs, translate business processes into actionable requirements, and ensure our technology solves the right problems. A fundamental understanding of absence claims would also be beneficial, especially in the context of IDAM. This would include the foundational understanding of absence management and especially how STD and absence claims impact each other in an IDAM model. Majesco is also a frontier company when it comes to leading the artificial intelligence evolution in the insuretech space, so a background in AI is also a plus. You should be curious and creative in how to leverage AI in the SDLC, as well as how to incorporate AI into our product. This role is ideal for someone who understands disability claims, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can connect insurance operations with technology delivery.
