About The Position

Trissential is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to bring on a Product Owner who will drive high‑quality digital products from concept through delivery. Requirements

1–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role
Hands‑on experience developing mobile applications and/or web‑based products
Experience working with Scrum teams in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of product development architecture and technical workflows
Proficiency with analytics and data analysis tools
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing stakeholder needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to proactively remove impediments and keep delivery on track
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Healthcare and 3+ years of relevant technical experience OR 7+ years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree
Scrum Product Owner Certification (required within 1 year of starting)

Nice To Haves

Experience working in healthcare environments
Familiarity with EPIC systems and EPIC API integrations
Experience supporting enterprise‑scale digital products

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define, document, and deliver high‑quality digital products
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear business requirements, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and user experience requirements
Perform cost, benefit, and risk analysis across the product lifecycle and recommend solution alternatives
Collaborate closely with Engineering and IT teams to support solution design, development, integration, and validation
Utilize systems engineering and Agile methodologies consistently throughout the product and project lifecycle
Establish clear product scope boundaries and manage scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to proactively identify issues and propose solutions
Interpret vendor‑provided solution architectures and translate them into integration requirements and technical scope
Support deployment coordination and change management activities for assigned products
Serve in a Product Owner capacity, prioritizing backlogs, mitigating roadblocks, and driving sprint and release goals
