  • Demonstrated experience defining, instrumenting, and reporting on product performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) products, hardware-software integration, and cross-platform mobile app development.

  • Own all new and existing device features in the mobile app-from initial vision and requirements through user stories, execution, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Maintain and prioritize a feature backlog focused on driving maximum lift to user retention and NPS.
  • Gather competitive intelligence, participate in product strategy sessions, and manage feedback from alpha/beta test groups.
  • Translate complex features into concise user stories with acceptance criteria; manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Serve as the quality owner by triaging and prioritizing bug fixes to ensure engineering resolves critical issues first.
  • Identify potential launch impediments, proactively resolve sprint blockers, and lead release planning.
  • Represent customer needs directly to software engineering teams in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to build enablement materials, launch support assets, and feature documentation.
