Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in product management/product ownership, business operations, or digital commerce—ideally in B2B eCommerce, wholesale, or dealer/franchise networks.
  • Understanding of wholesale ordering, pricing, and inventory concepts (e.g., replenishment, bulk procurement, dealer-to-OEM flows).
  • Able to translate business needs into clear requirements and work effectively with engineers on integrations and distributed systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce Platforms and ERP-driven inventory/order workflows; familiarity with Parts Distribution Center (PDC) operations.
  • Experience with B2B integration standards such as EDI and Punchout (cXML/OCI) and procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa).
  • MBA or experience owning a commercial strategy/portfolio in addition to delivery execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B Integrations (EDI & Punchout): Own EDI and Punchout requirements for automated B2B transactions, including Punchout standards (cXML/OCI) and common EDI patterns. Define the roadmap and partner with Engineering to integrate external procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) with our commerce platform. Own onboarding performance (e.g., integration lead time / time-to-go-live) and drive process and product improvements that reduce time to onboard new fleet customers.
  • Build Wholesale Commerce Capabilities (Pricing, Inventory, SAP): Define wholesale commercial rules and requirements (e.g., tiered pricing, rebates, replenishment logic) and translate them into implementable product stories. Partner with architecture and engineering to integrate SAP DMS (Dealer Management System) and PDC (Parts Distribution Center) inventory workflows—supporting dealer stock and emergency orders. Deliver modern, intuitive wholesale buying experience—enabling dealers to search availability, select fulfillment options, and place orders with reliable downstream execution.
  • Own Order & Business Rule Execution (OMS / Workflows): Prioritize and define requirements for B2B commerce features such as customer-specific pricing, credit checks/credit limits, and core charge return workflows. Define order status and workflow logic (e.g., an OMS “state machine”) so digital order states accurately reflect fulfillment events across warehouse and enterprise systems. Drive requirements for complex order scenarios such as order splitting, partial fulfillment, and backorder handling to meet wholesale customer expectations.
  • Advance Data & Automation (AI / Analytics): Identify high-value automation opportunities using historical ordering and inventory signals (e.g., recommended replenishment quantities, anomaly detection) and partner with data/engineering teams to deliver measurable improvements. Improve order quality and system reconciliation by defining detection and resolution workflows for mismatches between commerce and ERP systems, with clear auditability and human-in-the-loop controls.
