DESCRIPTION: What Will You Do? Perform the various activities associated with product sourcing and part number creation via the WebReq Sourcing Application for both U.S. and Canada. Complete sourcing requests received from our commercial team (Sales Reps) and provide part numbers back to the requestor within 24-hour time period. Collaborate with suppliers and customers, including problem resolution regarding their sourcing request. Validate and enter appropriate discounts with suppliers during part creation, including customer specific discounts. Triage multiple email inboxes (internal and customer-facing). Part Maintenance using PDH including: Update QSU/UU Discontinue/Sub parts Create VMA’s and VPA’s Duplicate part clean up CCP code clean up VMA clean up How will you get here? Education: High school diploma/equivalent required or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.

• Ability to handle and resolve issues verbally or electronically.

• Excellent organizational skills, analytical capacity, and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead through adverse, ambiguous, and/or stressful situations with integrity.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Mainframe, AS400, Cognos, PowerBI, and Smartsheets is a plus.
