About The Position

The Director of Product Experimentation & Optimization will lead the strategy, frameworks, and culture that ensure every product decision is guided by evidence, rapid learning, and measurable impact. This leader will own how we test, learn, and optimize across the user journey — accelerating innovation and improving product discovery and performance at scale. You will: Define and own the experimentation strategy, operating model, and governance across all product teams Build and lead a high-performing experimentation and optimization team Develop best practices for A/B testing, causal inference, multi-armed bandits, and rapid experimentation Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to validate early ideas and assumptions during product discovery Design lightweight test-and-learn approaches (fake doors, prototypes, smoke tests, demand tests, Wizard-of-Oz, etc.) to de-risk new concepts Ensure experimentation is rigorous, ethical, statistically sound, and scalable Build tools, templates, and experimentation platforms that increase velocity and reduce friction Translate experiment outcomes into clear insights and recommendations for product and executive teams Champion a culture of learning, hypothesis-driven development, and iterative improvement This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in at least one of the following areas: digital health, product development, UX design, enterprise security, or systems operations.
  • Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MDes, MPH) in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years in experimentation, product analytics, CRO, or data science, with strong leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, statistics, and causal inference
  • Experience applying experimentation in product discovery — not just optimization
  • Strong product sense and ability to partner cross-functionally to shape early hypotheses and opportunity spaces
  • Excellent communication skills — able to tell a clear story through data and drive alignment
  • A track record of accelerating product impact through structured experimentation and optimization
