About The Position

The Director of Product, Shared Product Capabilities, empowers clinical, operational, and patient-facing product teams by delivering reusable, compliant capabilities that accelerate delivery and improve outcomes. This leader uses rigorous product discovery, data, and cross-team insights to identify the highest-impact shared features—prioritizing what drives measurable value for patients, clinicians, and the organization. You will: Lead structured product discovery across product teams to uncover shared needs, workflow pain points, and opportunities for common solutions. Use an outcome-based approach to prioritize shared capabilities—focusing on measurable improvements in speed, quality, safety, and experience. Define and evolve roadmaps for shared components (e.g., identity, scheduling patterns, care workflows, secure messaging) Validate problems and solutions through research, clinical feedback, data analysis, and small experiments before scaling. Deliver easy-to-adopt, well-documented shared assets that reduce duplication and support consistent, safe healthcare experiences. Collaborate with “care” product teams, clinical leaders, engineering, architecture, IT, and compliance to align capabilities with regulatory, interoperability, and safety requirements. Drive adoption through proactive onboarding, communication, and capability enablement. Track and communicate outcomes: capability adoption, time-to-market reduction, fewer redundant builds, improved workflow reliability, and enhanced patient/clinician experience.
