Define and evolve roadmaps for shared components (e.g., identity, scheduling patterns, care workflows, secure messaging) Validate problems and solutions through research, clinical feedback, data analysis, and small experiments before scaling. Deliver easy-to-adopt, well-documented shared assets that reduce duplication and support consistent, safe healthcare experiences. Collaborate with “care” product teams, clinical leaders, engineering, architecture, IT, and compliance to align capabilities with regulatory, interoperability, and safety requirements. Drive adoption through proactive onboarding, communication, and capability enablement. Track and communicate outcomes: capability adoption, time-to-market reduction, fewer redundant builds, improved workflow reliability, and enhanced patient/clinician experience.
