About The Position

CancerNavigator is a white-glove, end-to-end, cancer support service for patients and their families. We work with health plans across the country to provide 1-1 support to members facing a cancer diagnosis. Our support is delivered through dedicated Oncology Certified Nurses, who help members get to fantastic experts for their care and help them through the thousands of other problems that arise across the cancer journey. This role will be laser focused on scaling the number of Americans who have access to our service, engaging as many patients in their hour of need as possible, and maximizing patient impact. As CancerNavigator operates on a utilization-based model, engagement is also the primary lever to drive business performance. The “Product & Operations” team sits at the center of the company’s potential to maximize patient and business impact. This Product & Operations role will sit alongside a Product & Operations Manager and will be focused on the builds and improvements needed to drive high engagement and impact of the patient service. They will report directly to the President, and they will work closely with cross-functional leaders, particularly the Head of Client Success and the Director of Patient Service. The daily work of this role will be: 1) highly cross functional 2) analytical and 3) sprint-based in nature. This hire will be constantly assessing ground-level insights from various teams (patient service, client success, data) to identify opportunities to increase patient engagement and impact. Sprints will focus on one area of the service (for instance, how can we reach patients as soon as possible?) to identify solutions, set up tests, and then implement the best solution.
