We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to ensure Majestic’s product ecosystem runs reliably, efficiently, and at a high standard. This role sits at the center of our product function. You’ll coordinate across engineering, field operations, CX, sales, and external partners to ensure product initiatives move from concept to deployment smoothly. You will lead product support operations, coordinate engineering workstreams, and drive execution across new product initiatives, feature releases, and operational improvements. This is an ideal role for a systems-minded operator who enjoys bridging technical teams with real-world operations to deliver reliable, scalable products. Majestic sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world experiences. Our photobooths are physical products deployed in venues and events across the country. Each booth relies on a combination of hardware systems, software platforms, and operational workflows to function reliably in real-world environments. This role connects engineering, product development, and field operations to ensure our booths perform consistently and our product initiatives move from concept to deployment smoothly.
