About The Position
Lead ocean freight product strategy for export/import, FCL, LCL, and break-bulk services. Optimize profitability, service offerings, and competitiveness using the AIMS platform for real-time visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years ocean freight forwarding experience (FCL/LCL/break bulk).
- Strong knowledge of NVOCC operations and international logistics.
- Product management or equivalent experience in freight forwarding.
- Houston, TX based.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage FCL, LCL, break bulk, and door-to-door ocean products.
- Handle pricing, carrier procurement, and vendor relations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, customs, and trade requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and client teams.
- Analyze market trends and drive product improvements.
