About The Position

We are looking for a collaborative and organized Product Operations Manager to join our R&D team. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the health and efficiency of our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). In this role, you will be an operational partner to our Product Managers and R&D leadership. Your goal is to remove friction from the development process, ensure information flows smoothly between teams, and help us maintain a culture of transparency and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lifecycle: Partner with Product Managers to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to navigate the PDLC effectively—from discovery through delivery.
  • Standardization: Maintain and improve our library of product artifacts, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across different product lines.
  • Rhythms & Rituals: Assist in the coordination and facilitation of key R&D operating meetings, ensuring they are well-organized and result in clear action items.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct regular health checks of our roadmapping and project tools to ensure they reflect an accurate, real-time view of our priorities and progress.
  • Reporting & Synthesis: Aggregate updates from across the R&D organization to create clear, high-level summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Management: ensure our internal documentation is organized and accessible, serving as a reliable source of truth for "how we work."
  • GTM Partnership: Partner with GTM (Go-To-Market) teams to ensure that R&D provides the necessary inputs and visibility to support successful product launches and updates.
  • Feedback Loops: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to oversee the process of how market feedback is ingested, organized, and reviewed by the Product team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between R&D and the broader organization, helping to clarify timelines, dependencies, and status updates.
  • Tool Optimization: Manage the configuration and administration of our Product tool stack, ensuring it supports our workflows and evolves as the team grows.
