As a Product Operations Manager at Cresta, you will play a critical role in building the systems, processes, and insights that enable our teams to deliver high-impact product and customer customer outcomes. This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM - driving alignment, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision making across the product lifecycle. You’ll also be instrumental in helping to develop best practices for a Forward Deployed Product motion that is becoming critical for successful scaling of enterprise AI products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that product launches are seamless, that feedback loops between customers and product are tight, and that teams have the tools and visibility they need to execute with excellence.
