About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize the operational backbone of a high-impact AI product organization. You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams, driving alignment, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. By implementing scalable processes, operational systems, and best practices, you will ensure that product launches and initiatives run smoothly while enabling teams to deliver consistent business and customer outcomes. This position requires a highly collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. You will also help define and scale forward-deployed product practices critical for enterprise AI success. The role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influencing both team performance and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles within technology or SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to drive alignment and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive operational improvements and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product launches and operational workflows in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI, SaaS, or data-driven product organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable alignment across product initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end operational planning for product launches, including tracking progress, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure product performance, adoption, and impact.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions, standardizing workflows across teams and product lines.
  • Facilitate decision-making by translating data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support forward-deployed product initiatives by defining best practices, playbooks, and operational standards for enterprise AI products.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product operations, ensuring teams can work efficiently and focus on high-value activities.
