Product Operations Manager, AI Voice

Canary Technologies CorpNew York, NY
$145,000 - $195,000

About The Position

Canary Technologies is seeking a Product Operations Manager, Voice to join their team. This role will focus on the Voice product within Canary's AI platform for hotels. The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for turning the product roadmap into successful rollouts, supporting the launch of new capabilities, driving adoption, running experiments to measure impact, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the product team runs smoothly and continuously improves the product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product operations, technical program management, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related role — ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of owning complex launches and rollouts end-to-end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
  • Data-driven, with SQL skills and hands-on experience designing experiments, defining KPIs, and building dashboards in BI/analytics tools.
  • Strong program management skills — comfortable driving many moving parts and multiple concurrent deployments through ambiguity to done.
  • Excellent communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment; bias for action in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • APIs/scripting and a tinkerer's instinct
  • Experience in hospitality tech or telephony/voice/communications products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end rollout and go-live for Voice AI — launch readiness, run-of-show, and alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM.
  • Drive adoption, not just go-live: make sure new capabilities land with customers and deliver the efficiency, revenue, and guest-experience gains they're built for.
  • Run the feedback loop between the field and engineering to bring them into the roadmap.
  • Run experiments — A/B tests, phased rollouts, pilots, and early access programs — to validate what works before scaling.
  • Own the measurement framework for Voice: define the KPIs that matter and maintain the dashboards the team relies on.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market to make each rollout better than the last through process improvements and AI-enabled workflows

Benefits

  • Target cash compensation ranges from $145,000 - $195,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
  • Stock option grant, subject to board approval.
  • Canary Days: Company-wide days off each month to ensure at least one extended weekend or day off.
  • Self Improvement Club: Monthly meetings to share personal goals, with a budget for purchases that help achieve them.
  • Professional Development Chats: Budget to drive cross-functional professional development conversations.
  • Travel Reimbursement: Stipend for visiting offices in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas.
  • Personal Travel Reimbursement: Credit towards stays at hotels that Canary works with.
