We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager who brings product thinking to the internal systems that power our Product organization. This is a highly leveraged, builder-oriented role focused on how work gets done – not just what gets built. You’ll operate across domains (FinTech, Healthcare, HR Tech), partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to identify where friction exists in how we plan, build, and scale. Rather than managing processes, you’ll design and implement the infrastructure – tooling, workflows, and knowledge systems – that makes great product work repeatable across the organization. Care is central to how Justworks operates, and here, that extends to how we support our own teams. You’ll help ensure that PMs and cross-functional partners can spend more time on high-judgment work and less on coordination overhead, by building systems that are intuitive, scalable, and increasingly AI-native. While this role is primarily operational, there will be moments where you step into a PM mindset – particularly when building internal tools and systems. You’ll define problems, design solutions, and iterate based on feedback, just as you would for a customer-facing product – with the product organization itself as your user.
