We support organizations in managing and protecting identities, enabling strong authentication, electronic signatures, and trusted digital services, leveraging recognized technologies and partnerships with leading industry providers. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Product Operations Lead & Scrum Master who will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to drive product delivery excellence. This role combines the strategic clarity of a Product Owner, the operational rigor of Product Operations, and the facilitation, flow, and continuous-improvement mindset of a Scrum Master.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product owner, project management, or similar roles.
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable tasks.
- Familiarity with RICE scoring and backlog prioritization frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Transform high-level Product Manager (PM) epics and requirements into clear, actionable, well‑defined user stories for Engineering.
- Lead and facilitate prioritization discussions with PMs and stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap expectations.
- Own backlog refinement: ensure all stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) before sprint planning to ensure readiness criteria are met before sprint planning.
- Maintain backlog hygiene, including dependency tracking, ticket validation, and story grooming.
- Monitor product operations in service delivery and proactively identify risks.
- Collaborate with Product Design & Experience team to review wireframes, flows, prototypes, and ensure design alignment with requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during development sprints to clarify requirements, validate scope, and support Engineering & QA
- Work with PM to review, triage, and prioritize bugs based on impact, severity, and release timelines.
- Prepare internal sprint demos and help communicate progress across teams.
- Prepare and deliver internal product demos post-sprint.
- Create and maintain documentation of product workflows, tools, and templates.
- Develop Product Sheets (customer release notes) for each release and educate internal teams.
- Monitor product operations performance, identifying risks early and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and report delivery KPIs, dashboards, and metrics that improve transparency and predictability.
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments rapidly, escalating when needed to maintain team flow.
