About The Position

This role is critical to the success of the Data & Analytics team. They will help transform the data needs from various partners in the music industry into actionable solutions. They will also manage the day-to-day progress towards building new reports, dashboards and other solutions. This person will be a team player who understands their role in driving the success of the broader team through collaboration, communication and a solution-focused approach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, product management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Skilled at establishing efficient workflows and optimizing product lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Adept at working cross-functionally and ensuring all teams have the necessary information and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of anticipating challenges and addressing issues before they impact product success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Music industry experience is preferred.
  • Has worked as an analyst, scrum master, product owner in software development.
  • Knowledge of SQL, python, Airtable, Power BI, Monday.com
  • Passion for music and the music industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product releases, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, timelines are adhered to, and that pre- and post-launch processes are executed smoothly.
  • Develop go-to-market operational plans in collaboration with product management, ensuring readiness across all functions.
  • Monitor product releases and identify any potential issues, coordinating troubleshooting and communication efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison between product management, engineering, and other areas to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
  • Support product teams with resource allocation, project scheduling, and coordination of key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product management to gather, prioritize, and share customer feedback.
  • Implement and maintain tools and systems that enhance product operations, including project management software, data platforms, and feedback management tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of product processes, requirements, workflows, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
