About The Position

This role involves developing product strategy, vision, and roadmaps, and creating short, medium, and long-term features to achieve the vision. The position requires gaining buy-in for the strategy and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation, and negotiation. Key responsibilities include gathering, researching, and defining product and business requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, and coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations, and opportunities based on specific market segments and targeted customers. The role also entails managing the complete product lifecycle, from customer research, through strategic planning and roadmaps, to launch, product adoption, and customer feedback. Collaboration with UX designers and software developers is essential for delivering products based on roadmaps. Additionally, the position involves developing and interpreting information to assist management with decision-making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions, as well as identifying and resolving strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
