About The Position
Own both product and brand marketing at a growing medical device company in New Jersey, working directly with surgeons and key opinion leaders to bring orthopedic solutions to launch. This is a full scope role, not a narrow lane.
Requirements
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Comfortable engaging surgeons, sales reps, and hospital administrators
- Excited to build a marketing function, not just maintain one
- A genuine patient-first mindset, close to the people served
- Strong financial planning and budget management instincts
Responsibilities
- Represent marketing in Design Control, gathering VOC and running competitive research
- Support brand planning, executing strategy within budget
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders
- Partner with sales and distributors to reach market faster
- Build product and market expertise to support launches and sales training
