The position is a founding role with broad ownership, responsible for setting messaging and narrative, driving product launches from conception to follow-through, and gathering customer feedback to ensure product success. The individual will also establish MintMCP's thought leadership in agent governance through various channels and build a sales content system. The role emphasizes leveraging AI agents, like Claude, to enhance productivity and requires close collaboration with engineering and customers to develop clear, jargon-free messaging. • Strategic thinking: ability to set positioning and priorities, make trade-offs, and align marketing with company goals.
  • Agent-native: experience using AI agents (like Claude) to scale output and possess judgment to identify differentiated ideas.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (engineers, internal teams, customers, agencies) simultaneously.
  • Bias to ship: ability to run launches and move at a fast pace.
  • Demonstrable track record of positioning a product or category, running a launch, and achieving measurable results.

  • Experience as an early marketing hire or building a marketing function from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product launches end-to-end, from narrative development to release and post-launch follow-through.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop case studies and proof points from customer successes.
  • Establish MintMCP's point of view on agent governance and disseminate it through thought leadership, SEO/AEO, and agency partnerships.
  • Build and manage the sales content system to equip Account Executives with necessary collateral.
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand product intricacies and with customers to understand market reception.
  • Translate deep technical details into differentiated, jargon-free messaging.
