Position Summary As a Product Manager for Service Offerings, you will be actively involved in new product development, launch, and ongoing management of "Service" products. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, engineering, and design to create valuable products that exceed Customer needs. You'll work with a mixture of downstream and upstream marketing with balanced focus on new product development and initiatives centered on marketing & sales strategies and execution. This position is located in Mentor, OH with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related business or technical degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing or product management experience including market research and brand establishment.
  • Experience establishing executive Plans of Action (POAs) and NPL.
  • Experience building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLS) and Key Accounts.
  • Experience planning new product launches.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with track record of successfully motivating cross functional teams.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching capital equipment service offerings.
  • Experience within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Related experience utilizing AI, machine learning.

Responsibilities

  • Plan new product launches including forecasting, sales collateral, equipment evaluation requirements, pricing guidelines, and product training.
  • Partner with sales and marketing on Plans of Action (POAs) and new product launches.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Accounts (KAs).
  • Gather customer feedback through Voice of the Customer (VOC).
  • Collaboration with the commercial team to enhance product penetration and utilization.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies within assigned procedural areas.
  • Communicate changes, pricing, and sales tools.
  • Drive short and long-term product planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find data-driven solutions.
  • Support new product development and testing.
  • Work with senior management on market penetration plans and annual budgets.
