About The Position

Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform that helps healthcare organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI). Freshpaint sits between a company’s website or app and the third-party tools they use, automatically detecting and controlling sensitive data before it’s shared. This role is for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives on owning outcomes end-to-end and translating complex, technical products into clear stories that drive revenue. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to define positioning, lead launches, and ensure go-to-market efforts are successful. The ideal candidate is motivated by driving pipeline, improving win rates, and increasing adoption, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to move fluidly from strategy to execution.
