About The Position

Letter AI is the world's first unified revenue acceleration platform powered natively by generative AI. Our platform empowers sales teams at customers like Lenovo and Redpanda to ramp up faster with AI-powered training and coaching, instantly find and personalize collateral for customers, and engage their buyers with the industry's first AI Sales Room. We recently raised a $40M Series B led by Battery Ventures, with participation from existing investors including Y Combinator, Lightbank, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, Stage 2 Capital, and Formus. The round comes just four months after announcing our Series A, indicating a shift we're seeing in real time: revenue teams aren’t asking for more content or tools. As the founding product marketer at Letter AI (and second marketing team member) you will play a key role in shaping the future of Letter AI. Working directly with the VP, Marketing (and other key leaders) you will define what great product marketing looks like at Letter AI – everything from messaging and positioning to ideal future hires. You’ll serve as the connective glue with our GTM teams (product, customer marketing, sales and marketing) and be given the support and resources necessary to build a world-class product marketing function.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing
  • Experience setting product marketing strategy and executing. You’re able to balance strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level team strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and doing competitive research.
  • Product marketing depth with core competencies in positioning, messaging, launch management and customer marketing
  • You understand campaign, channel, content, and comms strategy in addition to product marketing strategy. We are a small and fast-growing team, so you’ll be tapped to help out with key marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create customer-centric, persuasive content.
  • The ability to set both short-term goals and long-term goals that are used for prioritization and focused on impact.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global enterprise sales or enablement solutions is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Build our Product Marketing from 0-1. Gain a deep understanding of our market and audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits.
  • Launches. Lead GTM launch execution, including overall strategy, messaging, internal training/communications. You will be responsible for post-launch optimization and the creation of case studies.
  • Sales enablement. Arm our growing sales team with GTM materials, case studies, and competitive intelligence
  • Content strategy. Partner closely with our content partners/contractors to ensure our product marketing and content marketing strategies are aligned. That, and jump in to create content where needed.
  • Competitive intelligence and market research. Partner with Product and Sales to influence roadmap priorities using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
  • Customer marketing. Ensure customers are a key part of all of our content, and create customer-specific content to support sales.
