About The Position

Bask is seeking its first dedicated Product Marketing Manager to own the market understanding, desire, and purchase of its offerings. This role will be responsible for communicating the value of Bask's platform, which includes full-stack EHR, prescriber workflow, pharmacy fulfillment, and AI-native care workflows, to two distinct audiences: entrepreneurs launching DTC telehealth brands and healthtech teams integrating with Bask's platform and API. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Product and Engineering to shape feature roadmaps and positioning, and with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and retention. This is a critical role for a fast-growing startup that values speed, data-informed intuition, bold ideas, customer obsession, and ownership.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to differentiate between a feature list and a positioning statement.
  • Experience with the challenges of launching products that require external explanation beyond engineering.
  • Comfort working as the sole marketer, proactively identifying needs and gaps without direct briefs.
  • Ability to gather insights through customer calls, support tickets, and discussions with Product Managers.
  • Fast and clear writing skills, with a preference for shipping quickly over achieving perfection.
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience owning at least one full product launch cycle from start to finish.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer-facing messaging without a dedicated translator.
  • Strong, fast writing skills for sales enablement materials, web copy, and launch narratives.
  • Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams, not just receiving finished specifications.
  • Comfort owning a new function and building processes from scratch.
  • Experience marketing a platform, API, or infrastructure product to technical or enterprise buyers alongside a turnkey SaaS product for non-technical buyers is a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthtech or telehealth experience.
  • Experience positioning both an easy-to-adopt product for smaller, less technical buyers and a technical platform story for sophisticated ones.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product and Engineering from early roadmap discussions through General Availability (GA) to translate features (EHR workflows, prescriber tools, pharmacy fulfillment, marketplace and API capabilities) into customer-understandable positioning.
  • Own the messaging for every release, including naming, one-liners, in-app announcements, release notes, and the "why this matters to your business" story.
  • Develop and maintain Bask's positioning and messaging framework, ensuring distinct yet complementary stories for entrepreneurs launching DTC telehealth brands and healthtech companies building on the platform and API.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI and pricing narratives, and objection handling guides for the Customer Success team.
  • Track competitors in the DTC telehealth and healthtech SaaS markets, identifying reasons for lost deals and translating this intelligence into actionable talking points for sales representatives.
  • Train Customer Success and future sales hires on new product launches and how to effectively communicate their value.
  • Write and publish website copy, case studies, and campaign content targeting both entrepreneurs and larger healthtech teams.
  • Establish a repeatable content strategy (SEO, case studies, launch pages) to ensure long-term asset value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to showcase customer successes, from solo founder launches to complex API integrations, as public proof points.
