This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office. Job Summary Imprivata is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the development and execution of our go to market (GTM) strategy for Imprivata's Patient Access solution which enables biometric identification of patients during registration, check-in and during the chain of care. Patient misidentification continues to be a major problem in the healthcare industry with misidentification being the single leading preventable cause of death in U.S. healthcare. Many organizations still report a high level of misidentifications, as high as 20-30%. These pose not only a risk to patient safety, but pose additional costs for the organization including claims denials and manual deduplication efforts Imprivata is unique positioned to partner with our healthcare customers to tackle this challenge head on with our innovative biometric patient identification solution. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and executing GTM strategy for Imprivata Patient Access, including creating customer-centric messaging, developing a wide range of content to support various stages of the buyer journey, delivering training and enablement materials, managing product launches, and serving as an expert in market trends and buyer/customer needs. The product marketing team at Imprivata is a highly dynamic and collaborative environment which fosters teamwork. In addition to supporting our Patient Access product, this PMM is expected to support other team members as needed to ensure the collective success of the organization. PMMs may also be asked to take on special projects or contribute to the definition of new processes in conjunction with our PMM Operations manager and the VP of Product Management.
