About The Position

HealthierHere is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and marketing efforts for Connect2, their B2B software platform designed to help communities build and sustain information and referral infrastructure. This role involves defining how Connect2 is positioned, packaged, launched, and grown, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Sales, business development, and Communications teams to translate product capabilities into customer value. The Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing messaging, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer marketing programs to support Connect2's adoption and long-term sustainability during a period of significant growth. The position requires a blend of technology product marketing expertise and an understanding of the community-based organizations, health systems, government agencies, and funders that Connect2 serves. The ideal candidate is a strategic product marketer capable of transforming market and customer insights into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and measurable pipeline, with proficiency in HubSpot, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a strong commitment to equity and community health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably for a software or technology product.
  • Demonstrated success developing positioning and messaging and launching products or features.
  • Experience building and running demand generation programs and reporting on pipeline and campaign performance.
  • Deep and demonstrated personal commitment to advancing equity and social justice, and strong alignment with HealthierHere’s organizational values; demonstrated ability to engage individuals respectfully and effectively from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives in deadline-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform and CRM, including email, landing pages, forms, workflows, lists, and reporting.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Experience using AI tools responsibly for research, drafting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical products in plain language.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, including customer interviews and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; adept at building relationships with product, sales, customer, and partner teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing SaaS or health and social care technology to institutional buyers such as health systems, government agencies, or nonprofits.
  • Familiarity with community information and referral, social care networks, or social determinants of health.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise or HubSpot certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Connect2 positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for key audiences including community-based organizations, health systems, government agencies, funders, and technology and implementation partners.
  • Own the Connect2 go-to-market strategy, encompassing ideal customer profile and buyer persona definition, packaging and pricing input, launch plans, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct and synthesize market, competitor, and customer research to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Partner with the Connect2 Customer Relations Management team on the product roadmap, release communications, and feature launches, translating technical capabilities into clear customer benefits.
  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (email, landing pages, paid/organic social, webinars, events, content) to generate qualified leads and move prospects through the Connect2 pipeline.
  • Manage Connect2 marketing operations in HubSpot, including campaigns, forms, lists, workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages, in coordination with the Marketing Operations and Communications Manager.
  • Partner with business development staff on lead handoff, pipeline stages, and inter-departmental feedback loops.
  • Track and report on funnel and campaign performance, using results to optimize spend, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, demo scripts, FAQs, pricing sheets, and guides.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Customer Relationship Managers on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion marketing, including customer newsletters and the customer knowledge base.
  • Develop customer stories, testimonials, and proof points demonstrating Connect2's impact, in collaboration with the Multimedia Storyteller and customers.
  • Develop thought leadership content, conference submissions, webinars, and speaking engagements to establish Connect2 as a leader in community information and referral infrastructure.
  • Support partner and co-marketing relationships with technology, implementation, and network partners.
  • Represent Connect2 at conferences, convenings, and industry events as needed.
  • Work from completed creative briefs and coordinate design, video, and copy needs with the Senior Brand Designer, Multimedia Storyteller, and Communications Specialist.
  • Manage relevant vendors and consultants, tracking deliverables against approved budgets and timelines.
  • Contribute to the organizational editorial calendar, ensuring Connect2 content aligns with the HealthierHere parent brand.
