About The Position

Good Inside is redefining parenting by providing personalized guidance, AI-powered support, and a global community. Founded by Dr. Becky Kennedy and Dr. Erica Belsky, the company aims to help parents raise resilient, confident kids in a changing world. They are looking for individuals who are bold, take ownership, and want to build something new. This Product Marketing Manager role is central to bringing Good Inside to life, marketing both the digital product (app experience, UX, features, tech functionality) and the content product (expert-led written, audio, and video programming). The position sits on the Marketing team, reports to the Head of Marketing, and collaborates closely with Product Managers, Content Managers, Writers, Creative, Lifecycle, Growth, and Analytics. The core responsibility is to ensure clear, compelling, and strategic communication of the company's offerings to the market.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product teams on feature launches.
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Deeply collaborative and low-ego.
  • Data-informed approach to performance and iteration.
  • Excited about building a category-defining consumer brand.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in subscription businesses.
  • Working knowledge of analytics/dashboards like Amplitude or Looker/Omni.
  • Experience in content-driven or community-driven products.
  • Experience marketing both technology and media/content.

Responsibilities

  • Translate roadmap into clear, compelling messaging that shows parents how features change their everyday life.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for features, content drops, and major announcements.
  • Write briefs, shape narratives, and partner with Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, and Social teams to execute campaigns.
  • Position content series, workshops, and new drops to feel differentiated, urgent, and transformative.
  • Maintain clear, human, and concise messaging, strengthening differentiation and ensuring promises align with user experience.
  • Act as a bridge between product development and market communication, working closely with Product, Content, Analytics, Growth, and Creative teams.
